What's the difference? Data Stream means that an independent carrier provides the equipment in your local exchange. IPStream means that BT's network is used instead. |

Some of our competitors cap your monthly downloads. We do not impose any restrictions on usage unless there is clear evidence that the service is being abused. |

Typical downtime whilst migration is completed is usually no more than 30 minutes. Be aware that your current provider may charge you a fee to move your broadband services to us. |

Activation of the broadband line usually takes 7-10 days. Because the services are activated at the Local BT exchange you will not receive a visit from an engineer unless there is a problem. |

All services are provided for a minimum of 3 months or 1 year. |
