All Tollon support is UK based and available via phone and your online account. Our hosting experts have years of experience in providing advice to make sure that your sites run smoothly.

Website Error Reporting

If your website generates any Windows IIS 500 type errors or Window Event errors you can view these via your online account. In addition a report is emailed to you each day. Our technical team also carefully monitor these errors and take appropriate action when required to protect the services. Similar reporting will be provided for Linux hosted sites in the coming months.

Email Services

Roaming SMTP: All our email services including Roaming SMTP. This mean you can send email via any Internet connection anywhere in the world.

Anti Spam & Anti Virus Protection: All our email accounts include anti-virus and anti-spam scanning which you can configure via your online account and webmail interface.

Webmail: For remote access, all Tollon's email accounts come with free webmail, allowing you to access your mail on the move from any location.

IMAP: Tollon's mail servers support both IMAP and POP3 connections. IMAP allows you to store your email on the server, so as well as being able to use a mail client such as Outlook, you can access all your mail via webmail.

Databases
