EMAIL SERVICES

All the features mentioned below can be set up and maintained via your online account.

Anti-Virus & Anti-Spam Protection

Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam protection is included on all plans except Parking Basic.

Connectivity

You can send/retrieve your emails via Global SMTP, POP3, IMAP and Webmail.

Email Disk Space

With each plan we provide an amount of email disk space. This space can be used to create multiple email accounts (POP3 accounts).

The minimum size for an email account is 50Mb, There is currently no upper limit and you are free to allocate un-allocated space to any email account on a domain.

For example, if your plan comes with 1000Mb of email disk space, you can create 20 x 50Mb email accounts or 10 x 50Mb and 5 x 100Mb, and so on.

'Virtual' Accounts : Email Aliases

Each POP account can have as many 'aliases' as you want. These are in effect subsidiary accounts of the main one, and any email sent to them will go into the mailbox of the main account.. Example: john.smith@yoursite.com is your POP account, and john@yoursite.com / mr.smith@yoursite.com would be aliases.

'Virtual' Accounts : Email Forwarding

You can also set up as many accounts as needed to forward to any other email address - for example.support@yournewsite.com can be routed to you@yourmainsite.com

Auto responders

These can be attached to any POP account, allowing you to automatically reply to any email you get on the account with a set message - for example. a 'thankyou for your enquiry' email in return to confirm receipt.

Web Mail

Use this service to read your email anywhere in the world where you have access to the internet. Just login using your personal details.
