We provide Partners with a brandable portal, myadmin.uk.net. MyAdmin allows your customer to configure the features of the service(s) that you have granted access to; all via a single logon to the MyAdmin portal.

The generic myadmin.uk.net portal is free of charge and is protected by an SSL certificate. You can also choose to have your own SSL certificate and URL i.e. myadmin.your-domain.com

In addition your customers can manage Services, i.e. domain hosting services, on an individual basis using separate log on credentials.

Key features:

  • Create your own products that are then used to present your customers with details of services being provided in your words
  • MyAdmin.uk.net is SSL Protected
  • Your logo and contact details are displayed in the MyAdmin Portal
  • You can use the default URL www.myadmin.uk.net or if you prefer we can add a sub domain i.e. https://yourcomany.myadmin.uk.net 
  • We can also setup a dedicated url such as https://myadmin.your-domain.com subject to an annual charge
  • Integrated grouping so one log on displays all services assigned to that customer
  • Add additional Menu Links to the top menu allowing you link to other external pages
  • Create unlimited Templates that determine what menu options are available via the MyAdmin Portal
  • Choose menu background colours, font and font colour
  • Ability to assign "Default Settings" template for all customers. This template is over-ridden by assigning templates at Customer or Service level i.e. assign a template to a specific domain name
  • Intuitive Templates - No need to worry about having a Template for each product. If our underlying product does not support a feature selected in a Template the customer will not be shown that option. i.e. If your Template included broadband woosh tests this option would not be shown to Services for domains and servers

Your own Support Desk

  • The MyAdmin portal provides functionality which allows your customers to raise Support Requests which are recorded within your own area of our ticketing system
  • You can respond to your customers requests via the My Support area of your account. All responses to your customers will use the e-mail address that you specify in Support Default Settings
  • If you need any help responding to a request you can of course ask us to provide assistance by the click of a link. The comments provided by our support team are suppressed so that the information is "for your eyes only"
  • This system does not currently support the direct assistance of your customers on your behalf but this is a facility that will be available in the future
