We offer three levels of Server Management,
giving you the ultimate choice in how your server is managed.
If you are looking for a fully managed server
leaving you to run your business, then Management Gold is the option for
you.
Server Management - Bronze
- Technical Support 24 x 7.
- Managed Redundant Network and Perimeter Security.
- Server Monitor - Is a live Ping Test. Alerts will be sent your
nominated destination.
- We are here to help and advise you free of charge on any
technical issue you may have.
- If you are unable to resolve any issues we would be happy to
quote for any assistance required to help you resolve any issue.
Server Management - Silver
All the features of 'Bronze' plus:
- Critical Patching.
- Service packs.
- One additional server monitor. A copy of any alerts will be sent to your nominated email address. We take no action unless requested.
Server Management - Gold
Let us take care of your server from £ 1.92 per day
This top-end service lets you get on with Business while we get on
with managing your server.
All the features of 'Bronze' & 'Silver' plus:
- Installation and support of the components as available on our
shared hosting
- Security Management, User Management and permissions.
- System Monitoring, including uptime ping check, CPU usage, and disk space usage.
- Web Monitoring.
- Monitoring of events and server log files.
SQL Server management includes the following checks:
- SQL Server Monitoring, including SQL Server service monitoring and SQL query monitoring.
- SQL Logs are monitored
- CPU and Memory usage is monitored with relation to SQL use..
- SQL log files are checked for size and automatic truncation.
- Jobs running under SQL agent are executing correctly.
- Profiling SQL queries, when necessary, to determine query performance.
- Setting up of SQL Maintenance tasks such as scheduled
backup.
Gold Management Server Backup
We included a backup service depending on the
server type.
Virtual Servers: We include
Citrix Snapshot service. Should you choose to you can also
order either our on-site R1Soft or off-site
LiveVault backup services.
Physical Servers: We include
R1Soft backup with 10Gb
of vault space included. (R1Soft MySQL component is an additional charge).
