Your right to privacy is very important. Tollon (referred to below as "we" or "us") recognise that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. We believe this information should only be used to help us provide you with a better service. That's why we have put a policy in place to protect your personal information.
'Tollon' means: Tollon Limited whose registered office is Suite 4, Scotts Sufferance Wharf, 1 Mill Street, London, SE1 2DE. 'Customer' means: the Customer of Tollon Limited. 'Services' means: services provided by the Company either in the direct or indirect control of the Company. 'Website' means: A website and all associated files. Service means: Services supplied by the company to the customer.

Tollon Limited is Registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Tollon will protect the confidentiality of its Customer's information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of Tollon.
How is Customer information used?
Tollon does not share Customer information with partners or other organisations. Tollon will use Customer information as required to conduct its day to day business, to provide Customers with information about Tollon's services or products, information on new or upgraded services or products, special offers or other services or products which may be of interest to the Customer.
Opt Out & Modifications
Customers may opt out of receiving notices of new, upgraded products or from Tollon by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org . In this request to email@example.com , Customers must identify: service purchased from Tollon, domain name (if applicable), contact information, and the date the service was purchased. However, Customers may not opt out of receiving information from Tollon which is essential for maintaining or updating Customer's accounts or system information.
Disclosure of Customer information
Tollon will not disclose its Customer's account information unless Tollon has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Tollon, it's Customers, or others, or where Tollon has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure or is instructed by a court to do so.
Tollon also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Tollon stores or transmits for its Customers. The circumstances under which Tollon will disclose such electronic Customer communications are when:
Tollon disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its services unless by court order to make such information available. Tollon will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm Tollon, its Customers or third parties. The grounds on which Tollon may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations by the Customer in the use of Tollon's services.
Whilst Tollon will at all times make every effort to ensure the performance and delivery of Services that are directly within its control or not, Tollon gives no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services provided to the Customer. Tollon disclaims any warranty or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of business, custom, loss of data and all service interruptions unless otherwise stated by Tollon or agreed with the customer in writing.
The Customer will have no recourse to Tollon if a customers account is in arrears; Tollon has suspended or withdrawn services as a result of the customer being in breach of any of the terms in the use of the services; is subject to a wind-up order, has been placed into receivership, or ceased trading.
The Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless Tollon from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including all legal fees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed by a Customer, its clients, agents, employees or representatives. (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Tollon's services; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective Product sold via Tollon's services.
These terms and conditions are subject to English Law.
Tollon reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without due notice.
